Deciding on the right go-to-market strategy can be hard, but much harder is to implement it consistently and well across multiple markets or geographies simultaneously. This is what we do.
The best people are drawn to Pangea because of our culture, the optionality we provide them and by the opportunity to create an entirely new go-to-market model. And because we give them the best resources and training, we ensure they are at their most effective.
Hiring the best resources, assuming they’ll work for a company at all, is expensive – high base salaries and equity. You then need to layer that cost with infrastructure and management. Pangea gives you the best people, at a price you can afford, at the time your business needs them.
There is a substantial lead time finding the right resources and in making them productive – not to mention the risk that they don’t work out and you have to start again. We already have the infrastructure, the network and we assemble teams fast.
Hiring people all over the world is expensive and complex. It entails setting up multiple subsidiaries with all of the attendant financial outlay, bureaucracy and overhead. We take this risk and burden from you.
To be able to transfer risks and generate network effects, we employ the people, but in substance they work directly for the companies we serve, carrying their business cards, adapting to their culture, working to their objectives. And we have the option for firms to bring these teams in-house if they want to.
