Talent Acquisition Consultant - Ireland

We are currently working with some of the most impressive companies in enterprise technology. One of our co-founders is a native of Donegal.
Due to our rapid expansion, we are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support the recruitment activities of our organization. We’re looking for candidates with a passion for talent acquisition, developing a strong talent pipeline and helping to drive company growth.
The position can be flexible around personal commitments. It will be located in The Rosses / Gaoth Dobhair area. This role is predominantly home based at the moment due to Covid but will be office based when we things open up and we finalize a new office location. This position may also require travel to European offices in the future.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with commercial managers to gain a complete understanding of the hiring needs for each position and meet hiring goals and expectations of our clients
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of suitably active and passive talent the company can pull from as new positions come available
- Successfully manage multiple candidates and calendars across the commercial function to seamlessly co-ordinate high-volume and fast-paced interview activity
- Implement innovative recruiting strategies to source quality candidates and potential new business prospects
- Maintain the candidate database recording relevant candidate & market information gathered in calls
- Maintain compliance with GDPR and ensure appropriate use of candidate data
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience working in recruitment
- Hands on experience with selection processes (video and phone interviewing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Highly adaptable worker with ability to work in a fast-paced work environment as part of an ever-growing team
- Well spoken, presentable person with good time management skills
Nice to have
- Familiarity with MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- BS/MS in Human Resources Management
- Second language (ideally French or German)

Job Summary
Pangea is looking for experienced Account Executives to drive sales within the Life Sciences Industry. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for aligning customer objectives with our client’s solution portfolio in the clinical operations space. The successful candidate will do so by communicating across various business functions, stakeholders (including C-level) and technology departments. Creativity, initiative and the ability to work effectively within a growing team are critical.
Responsibilities
- Win new business across their designated sales territory
- Meet and exceed the team revenue quota
- Develop and execute territory/account/opportunity sales strategy
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through contract negotiation / execution to delivery handoff
- Work both independently and cohesively in a team environment
- Represent the Company at Industry Associations and Events
- Report and maintain timely and thorough notes within CRM
Requirements
Track record of winning $1M+ business in the life sciences industry, managing complex sales processes and operating in a competitive environment. An understanding of the life sciences industry including key business drivers from the perspective of an executive stakeholder.

- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas

Job Summary
Pangea is looking for a experienced sales engineer who has expertise in the eClinical space, cloud technology and a passion for helping customers transform the way they manage their businesses. The software will be focused around the clinical operations area and include eTMF/ CTMS cloud products and a new product focused around clinicians.
Responsibilities
- Identify customer’s challenges/objectives and demonstrate the solution that address these requirements and bring business value to the organization
- Communicate product knowledge and industry expertise to customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate products and solutions
- Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle for all product- and technology-related enquiries
- Participate as a member of the sales team in all aspects of executing a sales strategy and building customer relationships
